		<description><![CDATA[What has helped me lose weight is eating simple foods preferably organic for example in a week I eat: organic eggs fried in either canola oil or grapeseed oil, I drink Horizon organic fat free milk, I eat 100% Kangaroo pita pockets because they have like 4 ingredients unlike some healthy breads that have unnecessary oil. I eat a variety of beans organic I buy canned its faster and if I had to cook them I would not eat them. I also eat brown rice you can purchase these minute rice cup and in 60 seconds they are ready. Frozen vegetables you can steamed in the microwave. I also eat a a variety of unsalted nuts and greek yogurt the best is oikos organic yogurt but chobani and fage are also good. If you want something fast I recommend Amys Kitchen frozen dinners they are yummy and organic. The key is to find easy foods to prepare because if it take time Ex:(having to clean and then steamed vegetable)I wont do it so I found a plan that works for me and so far 15 lbs lost.]]></description>
